Fiesty fashion icon Keke Palmer was seen locking lips with Dutch rapper and singer Styn on Halloween. The acting sensation wasn’t captured in the lip lock while leaving Nobu, or even a happening Halloween party. The simmery smooch was actually shared via her own Twitter, from the insides of a hookah lounge. She captioned the video as follows:
“Rare footage of me in the process of becoming randomly suspicious of someone I trust because I struggle with distinguishing reality from my crippling anxiety and emotional trauma.”
Surprisingly, her simple post started a debate about whether interracial couples are acceptable in 2020.
The 27-year-old was bombarded with hateful comments about her relationship
In her natural fashion, Keke lightheartedly responded to one commenter’s comment calling her alleged beau a “colonizer.” Palmer stated, “Sorry sis. I’m not in the mood for pseudo shade rn lol.”
Others immediately came to Keke’s defense, writing encouraging comments. In a Shade Room comment, one person said, “Black women, go where you are appreciated. Who cares about the color of a person’s skin, it’s how they treat you and where their heart is.”
Via Twitter another said, “Y’all expect her to date a black man when August downright disrespected her for absolutely nothing…”

This isn’t the first time the candid actress was seen locking lips with someone on social media
In a Snapchat video in 2015, Palmer was seen locking lips with entertainer Cassie, sparking rumors about her sexuality. When she was asked by Hot 97 host Nessa if she would date a girl, Palmer simply responded, “Absolutely. Where love is, that’s where I’m going.”

Styn has openly posted Palmer on his own social media
Styn’s Instagram is chock-full of pictures and videos of he and Palmer. Palmer on the other hand had not been as open until the Halloween post, though the two have been linked since last year.
Apart from some playful comments on his photos, Keke didn’t spotlight the nature of their relationship until recently. This may have something to do with the fact that Keke usually keeps her romantic relationships hush hush on the internet.
“I don’t really do relationship stuff online, mainly because I don’t know how I would do it without looking, like, cheesy or something, you know?” she said to Harper’s Bazaar in the spring. “When it comes to romance, [posting about it] doesn’t really come naturally to me, so I feel like, why force it?”
Styn is a part of a Brooklyn-based group called Mae Seven along with his brother, Winter. Keke made it known that she’s a fan of the duo’s music while dancing to their song “Ready” in December.
Despite the public’s opinion, we are overjoyed to see the “Snack” singer genuinely happy and unbothered.
